Wether you like a relaxing bath or a revitalising shower, a simple scrub or a luxurious foot soak, adding Epsom Salts to your daily routine will add a lot of benefits to your way  of life. The surfacing oil is amazing as a face oil, super hydrating. 

​

Our products come in a recyclable sachet with its own little wooden spoon. We recommend you decant it into an airtight receptacle and keep out of the sunlight to preserve the precious and fragile essential oils (light sensitive). 

​

1-2 level scoops of L.R.L.A. in a bath will help you relax and relieve stress.

Make sure you soak in for a minimum of 12 minutes and DO NOT add soap or bubbles as it will interfere with the salts.

In a shower, use L.R.L.A. as a scrub. The easiest way is to use a face cloth, put a scoop of product and scrub away (gently does it). Start from your feet towards the head leave it on for 2 minutes as the Magnesium soaks through your skin. Alternatively, shower as usual and as you come out of the shower, massage a few drops of the surfacing oil on your wet skin, pat dry with your towel. Wait a bit to put your clothes on as you don't want oil stains on your favourite blouse... 

 

For a foot soak,  pamper weary feet by adding 1-2 level scoops of L.R.L.A. to a basin of hot water, relax and soak feet for at least 20 minutes. If you like, rub away any calluses using a pumice stone. Dry feet well.

There are so many ways that you can use our products... as a face scrub , a face mask (add a teaspoon of coconut oil, 1/2 teaspoon of shea butter, spread it evenly on your face, leave it on for as long as you want, then gently remove it with a damp cloth.) Mind your eyes at all times! 

 

We recommend using washing up liquid to rinse off any product residue  from shower, bath and basin to prevent the floor being slippery.

Make sure you keep your product away from the sun and high heat. Store it in a cool place to preserve the essential oils and olive oil.
